Windows 10X could be released in the second half of the year

The Windows 10X operating system is expected to be available in the second quarter of this year.

A new report was released today regarding the Chrome OS competitor Windows 10X operating system, on which Microsoft has been working for a long time. According to information shared by sources close to the company, it is claimed that the new operating system targeting entry-level computers will be launched in the second half of 2021.

Of course, it should be noted that there is no official statement on the subject from Microsoft for now. However, in line with the information obtained by Windows Central, the Windows 10X operating system is expected to be available towards the end of summer.

At the same time, some information about the new operating system is included in the shared report. In this section, it is stated that the 10X operating system will not support Win32 applications initially. Instead, it is said that the priority of the company is the Cloud PC service.
