Eat Cellulite with a Healthy Diet
What is Cellulite?
It is a topographic change that occurs on the surface of the skin, often referred to as the orange peel appearance. Cellulite is not always linked to weight gain. It is usually genetic and can be seen in very thin, average weight and overweight people.
Approximately 85% of adult women have cellulite. Despite being such a common occurrence, cellulite is extremely complex. Doctors do not yet know everything about what causes cellulite, and research on its causes and treatment is still widely researched. In addition, there is no definitive treatment for cellulite yet.
Dietitians think that cellulite is based on environmental factors such as diet and hormones. Based on my personal experience with my clients, I can say that different approaches are effective for different people.
Tomato or Tomato Paste?
Tomato paste or ketchup can be more than a seasoning. It contains more than the lycopene you get by consuming a fresh tomato. According to a recent study, tomatoes (in the form of tomato paste) reduce UV-induced sun damage and prevent collagen precipitation. Did you know that by preserving the collagen tissue in your skin, you can preserve the healthy thick upper skin layer lying on your fat layer and thus reduce the appearance of cellulite?
Life Is Very Stressful But Stay Away From Stress
Cellulite is caused by the effects of anxiety and oil quality. Avoiding stress is among the most stereotypical suggestions, yes, but science says that the stress hormones insulin and cortisol change the way fat cells work.
Interestingly, the molecules found in green tea and white tea called catechins reduce fat cell insulin resistance. So when you are very stressed, sit down for 5 minutes and drink a cup of tea.
Get Rid of Inflammation
Inflammation is the source of many diseases such as heart disease and can also have effects on cellulite. Bromelin is a complex mixture of enzymes found in pineapple and is an anti-inflammatory. It is found in high concentrations of pineapple root, but also in the fruit. You can also buy bromelin as a supplement. Bromelin also drives fat cells metabolism.
Be careful to avoid extra-sweet sources of bromelin, such as pineapple juice, as these will boost your insulin levels and make you feel hungry in a short time.
Do Not Give Up Moisture
Foods with high water content increase body hydration. Drinking water is the best choice but is often neglected. Fresh fruits and vegetables, especially melons, cucumbers and green leafy greens provide weight control due to their high water content and low calorie and thus affect fat cells.
Cellulite and Nutrition
Avoid too much sugar and salt. You can reduce the appearance of cellulite by eating healthy. First, avoid too much sugar because sugar is stored in fat cells and causes them to expand. Second, limit salt intake. Sodium causes fluid retention in the body and thus the appearance of cellulite worsens. Do not consume more than 6 teaspoons of sugar a day and avoid foods containing more than 200 grams of sodium.
Add Flaxseeds to Your Breakfast
Flaxseed supports estrogen levels and increases collagen development. Collagen is the main component of connective tissue; It helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite by strengthening the skin. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons each day on your oatmeal, cereal, and yogurt, or simply eat them as seeds to prevent cellulite buildup.
Consume 8-10 Glasses of Water a Day
Water removes fat layers and toxins from the body, which hide under the skin and make cellulite lumps more visible. Take care to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. Keeping the skin moist reduces the lumpy appearance.
Gotu Kola Extract
Gotu kola extract is one of the few herbs that has been specifically researched for its benefits in cellulite reduction and has been successful in getting a good result. This caffeine-free supplement also has relaxing effects. Gotu kola extract improves skin elasticity and helps to minimize the bumpy appearance of cellulite.
